"Murph" is a favorite on the Elite staff because of his great personality and gregarious spirit. As he was going through training, Mike Walter observed that he had rarely seen a more outgoing recruit. And now that Jim is headlining, that outgoing personality has made him extremely popular.

Jim is as athletic as anyone in Elite and Basketball is his first love. He plays regularly and coaches a High School team in Atlantic Highlands. Jim is also an avid runner who helped Mike Walter train for his first Marathon in 2005. By day, Jim is a Mortgage broker so besides DJing your wedding, he might be able to help you with your first home purchase.

Jim also has a passion for music and that's why he loves this business so much. "I have always loved every kind of music," he tells us, "and this career gives me the opportunity to be around music all day.
